Yard Waste Service
In 2007, Carroll County regulations changed to require that yard waste
be placed in heavy brown paper bags. CCWS does not provide these bags;
they are available for purchase at local retailers.
Because yard waste cannot be taken with trash to the Carroll County landfill,
we offer a separate yard waste collection service for our customers.
The collected yard waste is then mulched and recycled.
Collection Guidelines

Leaves and grass must be placed in PAPER bags weighing no more than 40 lbs.

We begin collection very early on Friday morning.
