ABOUT US
Carroll County Waste Services has been in operation since 2002, when it was started by sisters in law, Ceal Ely and Karen Leatherwood, a Leadership Carroll graduate. Over the years CCWS has grown from a small, one truck operation to five trucks and thirteen employees. We have added several optional services for the convenience of our customers. Considering the needs of Carroll County, Carroll County Waste Services was developed to service the residents of the Eldersburg and Sykesville area. Since that time we have expanded our operations to include Finksburg, parts of Westminster, and Mt. Airy. While there are some areas of Carroll County where we do not currently operate, we are continuing to grow and are constantly extending our route boundaries in order to serve the needs of more and more customers. We take pride in giving our customers the best service possible and at an affordable price.

Weekly Trash and Recycling:
Paid Quarterly: $78.00
Paid Annually: $279.00 (savings of $33)
Waste Watchers Program: (Available in 21784 only)
$2.50 per bag of trash (up to 33 gallon bag no more than 40lb - tags are sold in groups of 20)
Recycling collected at no charge
Toter Rental:
Paid Quarterly: $7.50
Paid Annually: $30
Yard Waste Service:
$100 per season (April-November)
Bulk Item Removal:
Serviced by RINO Junk Removal
