ABOUT US
Carroll County Waste Services opened in 2002, when
it was started by sisters-in-law, Ceal Ely and Karen Leatherwood,
a Leadership Carroll graduate. We proudly began servicing
the residents of Eldersburg and Sykesville, and since 2002,
we have increased to five trucks and fifteen employees
and expanded our operations to include Finksburg, parts of
Westminster, and Mt. Airy. We have also added several
optional services for the convenience of our customers.
CCWS continues to grow as we constantly extend our route
boundaries in order to serve the needs of more residents.
We take pride in giving our customers the best service
possible at an affordable price.
PRICING & BILLING
Weekly Trash and Recycling
Quarterly: $78.00
Annually: $279.00 (savings of $33/year)
*Recycling bin or toter is provided at no additional charge.
PAYT Program (available in 21784 only)
$2.50 per bag of trash
One tag per 33-gallon trash bag weighing no more than 40 pounds.
Tags are sold in groups of 20.
Recycling is collected at no additional charge.
Trash Toter Rental
Quarterly: $7.50
Annually: $30
Yard Waste Service
$100 per season (April-November)
Bulk Item Removal
Serviced by RINO Junk Removal
