These new ways of thinking about trash have been a part of their growth and development as a successfully and thriving business despite current economic challenges. Since CCWS was established, they have been dedicated to serving their customers, not only through quality service, but also through community involvement, supporting local events, providing helpful information and promoting environmental awareness. For several years, CCWS has promoted events sponsored by the Carroll County Government such as the E-Cycling Event and Household Hazardous Waste & Paper Shredding Day. These events are important to residents who do not know how to properly or easily dispose of hazardous or oversized items.
In addition to participation in these community events, CCWS is a proud member of South Carroll Business Association and operates a booth in it's annual Business Expo. These are just a few of the ways that Carroll County Waste Services participates in our community.

Their plans for the future are to continue the steady growth they have had through the years. They are really interested in communicating with their customers (and prospective customers). Other than that... it is just go to work every day and pick up the trash and recycling.
